Our new healthy recipe categories include Low-Calorie, Reduced-Carb and Nutritious. Low-Calorie recipes have 350-550 calories per serve, plus high-fibre veggies, low-GI wholegrains, lean proteins and heart-healthy monounsaturated fats. Reduced-Carb recipes have less than 25 grams of carbohydrates per serve, with low-carb veggies, lean proteins and healthy fats including nuts, seeds and extra virgin olive oil. Nutritious recipes feature high-fibre veggies, low-GI wholegrains, lean proteins and minimally processed ingredients.
