All our recipes are reviewed and approved by our in-house Dietitian. Our new healthy recipe categories include calorie conscious, carb conscious, and nutritious.
- Calorie conscious recipes contain 350-599 calories per serve, high-fibre veggies, a variety of grains and wholegrains, mostly lean protein choices and some heart-healthy monounsaturated fats.
- Carb conscious recipes have less than 25 grams of carbohydrates per serve, with low-carb veggies, lean proteins and healthy fats such as nuts, seeds, and extra virgin olive oil.
- Nutritious recipes feature high-fibre veggies, low-GI wholegrains, lean proteins, and minimally processed ingredients.
