All our recipes are reviewed and approved by our in-house Dietitian and we also have specific healthy recipe categories including Low-Calorie, Low-Carb, and Nutritious.
- Low-Cal recipes contain less than 599 calories per serve, high-fibre veggies, low-GI whole grains, lean proteins, and heart-healthy monounsaturated fats.
- Low-Carb recipes have less than 25 grams of carbohydrates per serving, with low-carb veggies, lean proteins, and healthy fats such as nuts, seeds, and extra virgin olive oil.
- Nutritious recipes feature high-fibre veggies, low-GI whole grains, lean proteins, and minimally processed ingredients.
