We’ve expanded our healthy recipes to make choosing your dinner even easier, and to offer exactly the type of recipes you’re after. All our recipes are reviewed and approved by our in-house Dietitian and we also have specific healthy recipe categories as well including Low-Calorie, Low-Carb, and Nutritious. Low-Calorie recipes have 350-550 calories per serving, plus high-fiber veggies, low-GI whole grains, lean proteins, and heart-healthy monounsaturated fats. Low-Carb recipes have less than 25 grams of carbohydrates per serving, with low-carb veggies, lean proteins, and healthy fats including nuts, seeds, and extra virgin olive oil. Nutritious recipes feature high-fiber veggies, low-GI whole grains, lean proteins, and minimally processed ingredients.
