Gut-Friendly recipes are dietitian-approved and full of nutrient-dense plant-food ingredients that are naturally high in dietary fibre to support good gut health. These recipes also contain prebiotic and probiotic-rich foods (such as yoghurt and miso) that work together to keep the gut healthy and functioning at its best.
These dishes are plant-based (vegetarian or vegan) with key proteins being lentils, legumes and tofu. We recommended that these recipes are cooked using extra virgin olive oil.
