Good Mood Food recipes are dietitian-approved and often feature either barramundi or salmon as the main protein, which is a fantastic natural source of Omega-3 fatty acids to support brain health and encourage the production of serotonin (AKA the happy hormone!). These recipes feature wholegrain carbohydrates for sustained energy release, along with vegetables like kale, broccoli, cabbage, red capsicum, brussels sprouts, snow peas and kale, and may contain nuts and seeds such as walnuts, pepitas and almonds. We recommended that these recipes are cooked using extra virgin olive oil.
Our menu includes a range of other recipes under our ‘healthy’ category each week, including Immunity-Friendly, Gut-Friendly and Good Mood Food recipes; you’ll find at least two out of these three categories available on the menu weekly.
