In your account, you can customise your recipe preferences to make sure you receive meals that fit your needs.
You can select from the following options:

- Pescatarian
- Vegan
- No Added Wheat

Meals for one plan:
There are three meal preferences customers can select:
Everyday Variety: Quick and easy recipes and convenient ready meals from our selected menu — perfect if you want a bit of everything.
Calorie Conscious: Recipes under 599 calories and ready meals under 399 calories, designed to help manage your calorie intake without compromising on flavour.
High Protein: 40g+ protein recipes and 30g+ protein ready meals, ideal for strength, energy, and keeping you full for longer.
To make your choices through our website, log in and click on "Settings", scroll down to "Recipe preferences" and click on "Edit preferences".
If you're using the app, you will find this option under "My Account", then "Recipe Preferences". Don't forget to click on "Save my preferences" when you have finished!
The recommended meals in each week’s order will now match your selections. If you select multiple options, our system will recommend all meals for each selection made (e.g., all vegetarian plus all no added wheat meals). Orders already visible in your account might not update automatically, so any previous changes won’t be deleted.
You can still look through the whole menu and swap meals for any you prefer.
