When signing up, simply select the "Balance by Marley Spoon — Prepared Meals" option instead of "Marley Spoon — Ready to Cook.".
With "Marley Spoon Ready to Cook" we currently don’t provide plans for singles. All our meals are designed to cater for either two people or four people.
We do, however, have ready-to-heat meals available in single portions, which are available through our Market.
It is very difficult to produce single portions because the amounts of certain ingredients (for instance, herb mixes, soy sauce, etc.) are already so small for double portions that splitting them again would be almost impossible.
Many customers use our service, even though they are only catering for one! Some people cook up the two portions for dinner and save one for their lunch or dinner the next day. Others enjoy meeting up with friends a few times a week to cook their Marley Spoon meals together.
