You can view our current and upcoming menus here. Each week, our culinary team creates a wide range of dishes, including vegetarian, no added dairy, carb-conscious and healthy options. When you click on a meal, you’ll see detailed information such as cooking time, calorie content, the ingredients included and the full recipe instructions.
For our Meals for More plans, the 2 and 4 person plans have access to the full weekly menu. The 3 person plan includes a curated selection of recipes each week. When selecting your meals in your account, you will see the options available to your chosen plan.
Our Meals for One plan menu is also available to browse on the website. This plan features an evolving range of single-serve recipes and ready meals, including Everyday Variety, Calorie Conscious and High Protein options.
Our menus are available in your account area up to 3 weeks in advance. Simply click on the delivery week you would like to view to see the recipe selection available to your plan.
You can also update your orders as soon as the recipes are available so you can plan ahead. You just need to sign up for a Marley Spoon account to get started.
