You can check the validity of a voucher by following these steps:
- Confirm the expiry date of the voucher has not passed
- Verify if the discount is for new customers only - if you already have an account with us, even if closed or paused, this type of voucher will not be applicable
- Vouchers can only be used once so check that you have not already applied the voucher in your account.
