To update your payment details, or to change your payment method, please log in to your account and complete the following steps:
- Go to the "Account" tab
- Click on the "Payments" tab
- Next to your default payment method, you will find three dots to click, where you'll then be met with an Update prompt.
- Choose your preferred payment method from the available options. Note that if you choose PayPal, you will be redirected to PayPal to follow the steps there
- If you choose debit & credit card, fill out your card details
- Be sure to click on "Save changes"
You can also update your payment details through the app by following the same steps.
Please be advised that, for security reasons, this is not a change that can be made by our customer care team.
