You can choose which notifications you want to receive from us, and how they are sent to you. These are managed through the "Notifications & Preferences" section in your account.
To update your choices, log in, go to "Settings", scroll down to "My Notifications" and click on "Edit Settings".
Here you can manage the types of notifications you receive as well as how you receive them. In some of the options, you can select from email, push notifications, SMS, WhatsApp, or postal mail, or you can even deselect all options to stop receiving that particular notification.
Remember to save your changes when you are done!
You can also unsubscribe from marketing emails quickly and easily by clicking the "unsubscribe" button at the bottom of the email.
Alternatively, you can always contact our Customer Care team to request the removal of your email address from our marketing system. Once submitted, it can take 1-2 days for changes to be implemented.
