We’ve expanded our healthy recipes to make choosing your dinner even easier and to offer exactly the types of recipes you’re after. All our recipes are reviewed and approved by our in-house Dietitian.
Our healthy recipe categories include:
Calorie Conscious: Recipes contain 350-599 calories per serve, with high-fibre vegetables, a variety of grains and wholegrains, mostly lean protein choices, and some heart-healthy monounsaturated fats. Calorie Conscious ready meals are under 399 calories per serve, following industry standards for pre-prepared meals.
Carb Conscious: (currently only available in the Meals for more plan): Recipes have less than 25 grams of carbohydrates per serve, featuring low-carb vegetables, lean proteins, and healthy fats such as nuts, seeds, and extra virgin olive oil.
Nutritious: (currently only available in the Meals for more plan): Recipes feature high-fibre vegetables, low-GI wholegrains, lean proteins, and minimally processed ingredients.
Notes:
* High Protein options: Recipes offer 40g+ protein per serve, while ready meals provide 30g+ protein per serve.
* The differences in calorie and protein content between recipes and ready meals exist because ready meals are generally smaller in weight than recipes, so their macronutrient composition is different. We have aligned our ready meal definitions with established industry standards for pre-prepared meals.
