For buildings without an elevator, our delivery drivers will go up to the 3rd floor to deliver to your front door.
If you live higher up than the 3rd floor with no elevator, please arrange for a suitable drop-off point for your meal box and leave delivery instructions for the driver, otherwise, the box will be left safely in your building's main lobby or dedicated mail room.
Although drivers may choose to still deliver at their discretion, we cannot guarantee front door deliveries beyond the 3rd floor in buildings without an elevator.
