All of our boxes are scheduled to be delivered within a set delivery window that you can see upon sign-up. Due to the vast distances between deliveries and shipping regions, we are not always able to guarantee our boxes will be delivered within a specified delivery time. However, usually, our delivery drivers will follow a similar route every week meaning that your orders should be delivered around the same time of the day.
Our shipping partners always provide an estimated time of delivery within the tracking link, which may be updated throughout the route and day.
You can check the time slots available in your area through your online account. Head to "Settings" and you will see this information under the "My Box" section.
