As part of our commitment to avoid wasting food, our procurement team needs some time before the production of each box to purchase your ingredients. Your Marley Spoon box will be billed 5-6 days in advance of your delivery day, depending on the transit time of your box and your delivery area.
After the cutoff day before you are billed, which is 6-7 days before your delivery date depending on your region, we are not able to make any changes to your box. However, if the cutoff has passed for your default delivery day and production has not started for the remainder of the week, you will still be able to unskip your order and choose a later delivery day in the same week
You will be able to see how long you have left to edit your orders by following these steps:
- Log in to your Marley Spoon account
- At the top of the page, click the "Orders" tab
- Select the order you would like to edit
- Under the order date, you can see how many days you have left to edit that box (please keep in mind that "1 day left to edit" means you are already on the last day to make any changes)
In addition to this, we will also send you a courtesy reminder email 9-10 days in advance of the delivery day. This will let you know the deadline for changes to each order.
