To do so, please follow these steps:
- Log in to your account and go to your "Orders" page
- Click on "Report issue"
- Select "Ingredient" and "Continue"
- Select "Recipes" or "Ingredients"
- Choose the affected item(s) from the list of options and follow the prompts
- Add any details that might be useful to our teams, then click "Continue"
Photos can be included with your submission and these are always a great help to our internal teams.
After the submission of your report, you may receive a credit in your Marley Spoon account, as compensation for the inconvenience caused.
