All Marley Spoon recipes are reviewed by our in-house dietitian, who calculates the total protein content per serve. Recipes that provide 40g+ of protein per serving receive the "High Protein" tag. This tag makes it easier for you to find meals that may support muscle maintenance, recovery and a strong immune system, while helping you meet your individual health and fitness goals.
