Under the "Dietary Preferences" tab in the menu when selecting your meals, you'll find recipes every week tagged as "Low Sodium".
All Marley Spoon recipes are reviewed by our in-house dietitian, who calculates the total sodium content per serve and per 100g. Recipes with <120mg of sodium per 100g while also containing <450mg per serving receive the "Low Sodium" tag. This tag makes it easier for you to find meals that may help manage your sodium intake to assist with health goals.
