We provide nutritional information for all our meals, and the level of detail varies slightly between the website, app and recipe cards.
Our recipe cards offer a concise "Nutrition per serving" summary, including Energy (Calories/Kcal), Fat (g), Carbs (g) and Protein (g). The recipe cards are included in your box, if you have opted in to receive them, or can be downloaded from your account.
The meal information in your account expands on this by showing both "Nutrition per serving" and "Nutrition per 100g" values for Energy (Calories/kcal), Total Fat (g), Protein (g), Carbohydrate (g), and Sodium (mg). To obtain this information, go to the website and log in to your Marley Spoon account, then head to "Orders". Select the order date you wish to check and click on the picture for any meal to open the recipe details for that dish. The recipe card can also be downloaded from here.
For the most comprehensive nutritional breakdown, including a full Nutrition Information Panel with additional details like Saturated Fat (g), Sugars (g), and Dietary Fibre (g), please refer to our app. There, you can tap on "See more nutrition" within each recipe to obtain this information.
If you do not have an account with us, you can view the nutritional information in our weekly recipes at any time, up to four weeks ahead, in our menu. Just click on the picture of any dish to see the cooking instructions along with the "Nutrition per serving" information.
Please note that our "Nutrition per 100g" figure is based on the raw weight of the dish, rather than the final cooked weight.
