Under the ‘Healthy’ tab on our menu, you’ll find recipes every week tagged with ‘3+ veg serves’. All Marley Spoon recipes are reviewed by our in-house dietitian, who calculates the total vegetable content per serve. A standard vegetable serve is 75g in weight. Recipes which contain three or more standard serves of vegetables receive the '3+ veg serves' tag. This tag allows you to more easily find recipes which are high in vegetables. The Australian Dietary Guidelines recommend aiming for five or more serves of vegetables per day, so we hope these recipes will make it easier for you and your family to reach this target.
