Under the "Dietary Preferences" tab in the menu when selecting your meals, you can filter for recipes with "3+ veg serves".
All Marley Spoon recipes are reviewed by our in-house dietitian, who calculates the amount of vegetables (in grams) in each portion. A standard vegetable serve is 75g. Recipes that contain three or more standard serves per portion (225g or more) are tagged with "3+ veg serves". This tag makes it easier for you to find recipes that are high in vegetables.
The Australian Dietary Guidelines recommend aiming for five or more serves of vegetables per day, so we hope these recipes will make it easier for you and your family to reach this target.
